Are your products safe for human use?

All products offered on this website are for LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. They are NOT intended for human consumption, diagnostic or medical use, or Veterinary care.

How do I pay for my order?

After adding all desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout and fill out the form. Once the order is submitted, Rooster Labz will contact you at the provided email address to finalize payment.

What forms of payments are acceptable?

We accept BTC (all BTC orders receive a 3% discount), USDT, Venmo, and Paypal

Do you charge for shipping?

All orders totaling $300 or more receive FREE shipping. All other orders are $10 for shipping.

Can I use a coupon?

Though Rooster Labz doesn’t have discount coupons in circulation regularly, we at times may offer specials with them…we encourage you to keep an eye on our site!

My order arrived damaged, now what?

While we take extreme care and precaution to ensure our products are packaged as safely and accident-free as possible, we do not have any control over how shipping. companies handle our product. However, if you receive a damaged order, please fill out a contact form and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Can I modify/cancel my order?

If there’s an adjustment needing made or a mistake needing corrected, please fill out a contact form as soon as possible and include your order number.
